Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: your phone number and an optional name, plus a PIN stored as a salted hash.
• Orders: the cadastral zone and parcel number you request, and the Whish transaction reference and receipt image you upload to prove payment.
• Technical: standard server logs (IP address, time, requested URL) kept for 30 days for security.

What we do not collect

No location tracking, no contacts, no advertising identifiers, no third-party analytics SDKs.

How we use it

Only to process your order, verify your payment, deliver your document and provide support. We never sell or share personal data. Parcel geometry is public cadastral information; we never display owner names.

Retention

Orders and delivered documents are kept so you can re-download them and so a document's QR code can be verified. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us; delivered documents are anonymised rather than deleted, to keep verification working.

Security

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Data is stored on a server in the EU with daily backups.
